The shipping costs charged for your order will be automatically added to the total order amount. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Products and product prices

Our online store sells candles and room fragrances made in Finland by hand in Rovaniemi. The features and prices of the products are presented in the product presentation.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices before accepting your order. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming your order. Pay for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you agree to our current delivery terms and conditions, which you can find on this page.

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the shopping cart.

The payment intermediary service is implemented and provided by Klarna Bank Ab (2247127-6) and Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. The payment intermediaries have a payment institution license.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

Delivery method

We will deliver your order via a shipping company.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time to Belgium and Germany is 4-7 business days. 

Right of cancellation and return conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within two weeks of receiving it.

  • Cancellation notification must be sent to our email address below before returning . We will provide you with a return address card, which will be printed and attached to the package.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, completely unused, in saleable condition and carefully packaged.
  • If the transaction is cancelled, the products must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice to our return address below.
  • The customer pays the costs of returning the product. We will refund the price of the returned product, but the return costs will not be refunded to the customer.
  • When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and account number for a refund. Also return any packaging that came with the product.

For packages that are not picked up, we will charge a total of €15 for return costs and a handling fee.

The right of withdrawal in the online store does not apply to the following products and product groups:

  1. Food and confectionery
  2. Gift cards
  3. Packaging additional service
  4. A product that is manufactured or modified according to the consumer's preferences or to clearly meet personal needs, for example, a candle bouquet that meets wishes or a product that has been personalized.

Shipment check

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

Limitation of liability

Loimutar is not liable for any damage related to the order, delivery or product, except to the extent that the Consumer Protection Act provides otherwise for the damage in question.

We will primarily aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by negotiation, so please contact our customer service to resolve the matter.
